Willingness to Communicate (WTC) has become an important concept in second language (L2) classroom context. WTC is proven as a predictor of participation since students who tend have high participated more interaction and they are likely be ready get involved any interactions using their L2 both inside outside classroom. Given the central role teachers play pedagogy, shape curriculum within context content, decisions teaching methods strategy dynamic maintaining students’ willingness communicate. This study aims: (1) portray teachers’ beliefs about practice strategies WTC; (2) find out employed by teacher WTC. Employing narrative inquiry, two experience English was gathered means personal interview. The findings revealed that plays very crucial also highlight use three such teacher-front, facilitator-oriented, learner-oriented can contribute WTC, applying appropriate techniques. suggest should perform various roles ideal guide shaping effective with involving familiar term topic, encouragement applied encouraging interaction. present expected create awareness on significance EFL share skills vary improve quality learning.
